How the editing service works ?
The client sends the footage through different platforms such as dropbox, wetranfer.com or google docs ,
to be edited and delivered in a minimum of three business days. Depending on the complexity and length of the video this delivery period could last for more days .
I can make changes to the video ?
Of course, all videos are assured a first review where the client has the power to request all changes that seem relevant. In case of Premium services this review exercise is repeated up to three times .
HOW DO I receive the video?
The videos are delivered in the way that suits the client best. An option is directly in your mail to be downloaded to your computer. The second option is through a link, which will be hosted on Vimeo and it can be public or private (in the latter case a password is provided). And the last option, only available to customers in the South Bay area is to be physically delivered on a flash drive.
THE VIDEO COULD BE DELIVERY IN A SHARE FILE ?
Yes, If client has enough space to receive the video, it can be delivered in dropbox and google docs.
If I choose a private link can I share it on social media?
Yes, The private video can be unlocked to be shared on social media or on specific websites that the client wants. The link for the video will be visible but to access this it is necessary to enter the password.
What is the value of the editing service?
The service is personalized and will depend on how complex, extensive and how much footage the project has. To request a budget you can go to Contact Me and fill out the form including as much detail about the video you need. I will answer you shortly with a budget .
Payment
The payment of the service can be done through Venmo or Pay Pal and 100% of the amount must be paid to start the editing process .
Where do I find the information for payment?
Once the client reaches an agreement and formally requests the editing service, an email will be sent with the information to make the payment.
Where do I find the information for send the footage?
After the budget is sent, if the client decides to accept the editing services, a second mail is sent that includes the links with the web sites where can share the footage and the web sites to make the payment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT HAVE A CLEAR WHAT I WANT?
